Rebecca’s Story

As owner and founder of MKE Physical Therapy, I enjoy building a strong relationship with each patient, providing them with the tools to be physically successful and reach their goals. I have extensive experience treating post-surgical patients, athletes, runners, and those with headaches and back and neck pain. I treat holistically and believe in working through the entire kinetic chain to improve function and manage pain.

I am a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and a graduate of Carroll University in Waukesha, WI. I’ve been practicing for 15 years in many different settings before finding my niche in outpatient.

The demands of meeting the needs of the insurance companies over the needs of my patients has led me to start up my own clinic in Washington Heights, Milwaukee. In this great new clinic space, I can focus solely on my patients’ wellness while making a difference in the community I love.

“The kenetic chain is the basis of all human movement. As one segment of the chain moves, it affects the mobility of other segments farther down the chain. This explains why pain in a particular joint may have a root cause in a seemingly unrelated area of the body. By improving function throughout the chain, we can correct and prevent pain and injury.”

Teenie’s Story

Being able to work one on one with my patients and build strong relationships led me to MKE Physical Therapy to work alongside Dr. Nault.

I am a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from UW Eau Claire in 2016 and my DPT from Concordia University in Mequon in 2020.

I am passionate about treating people on a holistic level which is something I have not always been able to do working in an insurance-based clinic. I have worked in several different settings with both adults and pediatrics which has allowed me to discover my strengths in working with patients who are determined to decrease pain and improve their function to achieve their maximum potential.

When I am not at the clinic I enjoy being outside with my husband and our two dogs. I am a very active person and love running, hiking, golfing, playing pickleball, basketball, and volleyball. My favorite summer activity is cruising on a pontoon boat in the northwoods. I also love crafts, own too much yarn, and love to read.

“I have been an athlete my whole life and I am a firm believer that we don’t stop moving because we get old, we get old because we stop moving. So, let’s get started!”
